A quote given from photos and a description is an estimate. Once the piece is on the bench and the old cover comes off, hidden frame, spring, or foam damage can change the scope. If that happens, the shop stops, shows you what it found, and gets your approval before going further.

An estimate is not a contract until you approve it in writing or by text.

Yardage estimates account for pattern repeats and railroading. You are responsible for confirming the fabric you choose suits the piece and its use. The shop will tell you when a fabric is a poor match for the application.

Customer-supplied fabric is accepted. The shop is not responsible for flaws, dye lots, shrinkage, or shortages in material it did not supply.

Work is scheduled once a deposit is received. Deposits cover materials ordered for your job and are non-refundable after materials are cut or ordered. The balance is due when the piece is finished, before pickup or delivery.

Shop space is limited. Finished pieces should be picked up once you are told the work is done. Pieces left after repeated notice may incur storage charges, and pieces abandoned without contact may be disposed of as allowed by Arkansas law.

Text messaging is opt-in and used only to discuss your project. Reply STOP to any message to stop texts, or HELP for help. Carrier message and data rates may apply. Consent to texts is not required to get a quote.

Labor is warranted against defects in the shop's own work. Normal wear, fabric fading, customer-supplied materials, and damage from misuse are not covered. Bring the piece back and it gets looked at.
